I can't play. Everytime I open the app, it doesn't load. It stays on the loading screen. I waited as long as 20 minutes, and nothing. I restarted the phone, nothing. My phone's software is up to date. Please fix this.

This app is beyond cute. The graphics are great and it's fun to play. The problem is that there are too many interruptions. You can't build up any momentum for all the advertisements.

The game it's self is very cute but very minute there's a video add pop up. I get it that's how they make money buy it's too often and super annoying (most of the time it's in middle of the game too) if it wasn't for the ads I wouldn't have delete this game....

The game is great and the graphics are amazing as well. But, whenever I try to open the game, it stays on the loading screen no matter how many times I close and open it again. Please fix ??

EDIT: The ads are really getting out of hand. I was watching an ad to get 10 more energy gems, but after the ad ended, my screen just stays black. I can't do anything. When I exit the game and go back, where I left off on the level is completely gone. It just makes me have to play the level all over again. Kind of makes one frustrated. - - - Just got this game today and I'm liking it! But I can't put aside the many ads in this game. Frequent ads popping up in the game makes it frustrating, especially since the ads are always 20+ seconds long. Another thing I'd like to point out is that the first level seems too hard to start out. It took me over 40 attempts, but this could have been because it takes some getting use to the controls. Other than that, the positives is that the game has really good graphics and good amount of levels. Plus, you can easily get 10 more of those energy gems by simply watching an ad. Also I'd like to add that this game comes with adorable emojis! Overall, great game aside from some of its flaws.
