Been waiting a long time for the final chapter this is really a great game only wish you could turn off the music. If you haven't play episode one and two you should

Amazing Finale to an Amazing Trilogy
Dubs1

This is a must buy One thing I want to mention since you’ve probably played episodes 1-2 already so you know what awesomeness you are already in for, but it needs to be noted that the soundtrack for this episode was pushed to a WHOLE different level; it’s infused with reggae, jazz, rock n roll, jam rock and epic booming guitar....one of the best soundtracks in a game, imo. And it fits so perfectly with every scene. Cmon, apple...give this game a bigger push in the App Store...this game deserves to reach a larger audience it was so well crafted.

Well worth it

Having played chapters 1 and 2, this IS a fitting finale. This was a longer game than the second installment and therefore the price is justified by the content/story line, art and music. I played it in one day in various sittings; took about 8 hours. Only a few tough spots, but got through by rechecking scenes that had new options after I had accomplished certain objectives. I would suggest that you DO play all three chapters in order to make the story line coherent, but you could just pick up this game and play as is. But don't cheat yourself, play all 3 in order! I am glad SkyGoblin stuck around for the 10 years to complete the story arc.

Great game but not as good as chapter 1 and 2
mfholbac

I thought it was a great game, but did not live up to the first two chapters. The puzzles were all pretty linear, and much easier than those in the first two. That being said the game offers a good resolution to the story that was developed in the first two games.

More games like that plz

congratulations for who made this game , excellent

The first 2 chapters were better

I found this to be the easiest to complete, and finished in a couple of hours. Not much challenge to the puzzles. Still a well polished game though.

Thank you skygoblin for a quality gaming experience

It's quite easy to tell this finale and the preceding episodes where truly a labor of love. The art, music and detail in this series are excellent. I started playing this series when the original was released and have to wait the years between the following chapters; while it was frustrating it was worth the wait for a quality product. If I have any complaints at all it would be the final chapter may have been a little too easy but that also just might be me wanting it to last longer. Overall it's about +~-8 hours of gameplay so for the price you get your money's worth and a whole lot more. I can not recommend this series enough if you enjoy adventure type games, story telling, immersive art and music or just high quality work in general. Thanks again to those involved and hopefully there will be more in the future.

Disappointing ending
Grim Fandango fan

The game was alright. The puzzles were easy to solve. The graphics and the atmosphere were really nice. However, the ending was disappointing. It was too abrupt. SPOILER ALERT! After all that trouble to get the horn, and then the hero just snatched the villain, and THE END! Why? The hero was defeated in the past. Shouldn't the protagonists help the hero defeat the villain? Maybe it was time and/or budget, but I feel the game could have been developed more, to make it more complete. The game moved too fast in each location, especially the part where Bwana and Kito escaped from Underland. Also, why did we have to get the license plate?

5 stars for all the series, but 3 for this chapter
Ummagumma74

Journey Down is one of the best point and click series ever. Period. However, this last chapter is a little shorter and a little easier than expected. It falls short with respect to the second chapter. Many of the puzzles are obvious, and the time actually played is much shorter than the previous episode. Nevertheless, a pleasant finale to a wonderful series.
