Crashes — developer doesn’t respond

The Inner World is an incredibly creative and original game. The gameplay is (mostly) intuitive, and the puzzles are just the right amount of challenging. But the writing is where it really shines. The storyline is engaging; the writing is witty, funny, tender, and never dull. There’s a ton of dialogue, making the NPCs endlessly entertaining. Every character is fleshed out, and you’ll find the most interesting people in the most unexpected places. I would easily have given this 5 stars, except for one major issue: the hint system doesn’t work at all. I can see how it’s supposed to work, but it just... doesn’t. You click on things and nothing happens. Another more minor issue was that looking at/using items in your inventory is pretty difficult. I played this on an iPhone, for reference. Overall I enjoyed this game a lot, so much so that I bought the sequel, which is even better! I highly recommend both games.

Corrupted save file - app crashing

About halfway through the game, the app crashed and continued to do so each time I tried to continue from the save point. Not interested in starting all over. Avoid!! I want a refund

I downloaded the Inner World in June and immediately encountered the crashing that quite a few people had recently mentioned in their reviews, which I was not aware of, because I had not read the reviews prior to purchasing the game. After the game crashed several times in a row I decided to go back and take a look at them. Much to my chagrin I read review after review lamenting this issue and many that stated they had no contact from app support. I can gladly say this was not the case for me; I messaged them on a Friday, and they got back to me on the following Monday. They were incredibly helpful and able to make it so I could play the game on my iPhone 8. The game is wonderful and I spent many hours playing both the original and the sequel. Would highly recommend both.

Nice game and all, but when your done and you save and all. The next day you want to play you got to start from zero. Since all data saved files don't want to continue the story and just exit automatically from the app.

Saving problems?

It’s a great game so far, but it doesn’t save progress whatsoever. I reached chapter two and it force quit out of the app, so all my progress was lost and I couldn’t get back to it. I restarted the game and the only object that I needed to move on somehow disappeared from my inventory! I’m not sure what this is or how to restore my progress, but for however long I got to experience the game, it was fun.

I'm in Laura's hideout and the game crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I pull the lever. Complete waste of money if it won't let me pass that
