Horizontal and vertical please?

DeborahRocks!

It’s my first day using this app, I like what I see so far. My only frustration is that on my iPad The app will not flip horizontally. I always use my iPad horizontally, everyday, all day. It’s an inconvenience that means I have to go shop for another iPad cover that will support it vertically and horizontally. Not a cheap or easy task for something strong & reliable. Any chance of remedying this?

The “To-Do” Section Has a Few Bugs

R. A. Frangos

I’ve been trying to use the “To-Do” section for my daily checklist of things to get done, but I’ve run into a couple problems: 1) Rearranging the list of to-do’s doesn’t always work. I’ll reorder the tasks and then they don’t appear in the order I put them. 2) I’ll mark something as done by crossing it out, but then it won’t uncross something I marked as done by mistake. I even tried to just remake the whole list, but when I tried that, the tasks were created as already having been crossed off. I can’t find a way to fix it. Other than these issues, I love the app. It’s been very helpful. I hope these bugs get fixed.

Almost there, Love this concept

Tridiva38

I am really impressed with the content of this app and the thought put into it. I really like that the questions asked in the journaling with the added useful insightful information. I will be getting this for my 16 year old daughter. She really struggles with her mental health at times, it is so hard to grow up with self confidence in this technology era. We limit all social media (I don’t use any either, overall, personally, I think it disconnects more than it connects people together). We limit for her because it has such a negative impact on her view of herself and distorts her view of others. She becomes more depressed “watching” everyone else’s life thinking it’s so perfect as portrayed online. Anyway, I am looking forward to using this for myself and for her. As it is a bit of a mental health counselor in your pocket!! I love the bucket list, always wanted to start writing one! Curious what happens when you reach the end of the 30 journal questions in each category... if answered one question daily, it would last 6 months for the 6 journal categories... then what? Can you go back and start over? Repeat again in a few months time? I would agree with another reviewer... it needs more integration options: Apple Health (as many already track exercise and food here using a wide variety of fitness/food options) and the Apple Reminders as many have this for multiple lists (perhaps only a specific Happiness List would sync with this app, other products have this capability). I appreciate the calendar sync option, I personally don’t need multiple as I integrate all others into my Apple calendar. Excited to make specific choices to be happy. I tell my daughter all the time... happiness doesn’t just happen, you have to choose it daily. So thank you for this app.

iPad version is disappointing

sarahwaller66

I bought this for my daughter who has Cerebral Palsy, because she loves scheduling and answering questions about her emotions. She uses an iPad as her main for of communicating and writing, so when I saw this worked for iPad I jumped on it. Sadly the iPad app version is not formatted to an iPad. The app shows up as a small screen (size of an iPhone screen) on her large iPad screen, which makes it difficult to see and read. It is also is lacking an easy streamline guided step by step tutorial to get the customer engaged. I was hoping this would be a nice daily task for her to grow emotionally, but it’s functionality just isn’t quite their for iPad users.

Love this app

Emmaleighjg

I love this app but it doesn’t say that there are in app purchases, when in the app it says that I have 30 days left remaining in my trial.

Loved it but ..

Beware this planner uses your phone code to access the app. Perfect app but I don’t trust not being able to set up my own passcode.

Locked out my paid subscription and unable to get help getting back in

Yosmav

I really liked this app when I first started so much so that I paid for the yearly subscription. Shortly after I had to reset my phone and I have not been able to log back in since. I keep in trying to log in and when I ask to reset my password, get the message saying that a link is being sent to my inbox but nothing is ever emailed! Not even in my junk inbox. And there is no way to get in touch with them. I’m now feeling robbed

Garbage

Kiana Bolton

I really wanted to like this app. But I purchased a year subscription early 2019 and it never worked. The quotes stopped loading, just a few months after purchasing and other features wouldn’t work. I would input information and it wouldn’t save. I deleted and redownloaded the app with no success. I emailed support about it, with no help and no satisfaction. They told me they would refund me after I canceled my subscription and deleted my account. I was unable to delete my account on my end, after trying everything. I sent them detailed emails and screen shots explaining to them, I was unable to do what they were asking of me. We emailed back and forth for months. I waited weeks, sometimes a month, in between responses. My last email, sent months ago, got no response. Customer service is terrible. By the time I tried to dispute the charge, it was too late. Lesson learned. So I paid $20 for nothing! Sorry to say The Happiness Planner Co. disappointed me. Would not recommend this app!! ☹️??

The mindfulness aspect is there, but too many bugs.

LaDulcexo

The happiness planner has the perfect mindfulness templates. It allows you to truly reflect on your overall life, and allows you to take notes on texts and voice memos — super cool concept. The only thing that would push this app to the extreme is if it worked properly. The app would cross out things out and rearrange my action items based on priorities without my permission. The app would also crash frequently when I would try to fix its issues.
