I didn't like it. I am not sure how the full version could cost $6.99. I guess they know suffering humans are so eager for change that they jump right in and make the purchase--kind of like joining a gym or buying some ridiculous piece of exercise equipment advertised on late-night TV. The instructions say it's "not about counting." For example, if you want to drink eight glasses of water a day, you can't put in a check each time you drink a glass of water. You need to somehow keep track of the number of times you drink a glass of water throughout the day and then put in ONE check when you are done. So, I guess you need another app to keep track throughout the day. The creators of this app pretty much TELL YOU what you are supposed to want to do rather than try to figure out what you'll want and then give it to you. You would need to basically buy in to their plan for you if you are going to use this app. Their plan for you seems rather counter-intuitive. Also, they clearly spent NO time working on the directions! Be prepared to figure it out yourself! I am looking at using my iPhone calendar to track progress.

A nice try, but there's better.

The developer means the best, but this app is kludgy, complex, and ugly--great design for a 2008-era app, not for 2012. There's better available. I use both "Way of Life" and "Ritual" every morning and evening, quickly and with great results. I started with this app before I found the others, so I'm grateful, particularly because the quotations are so spot-on. As part of my morning routine, I still open this app and read two or three quotes for motivation. I don't mean to harsh on the developer, but let the competitive marketplace force developers to update their apps to make them user-friendly. This app has an ugly interface and takes too long time to navigate (too much tapping).

Full version not worth the price

Well done on design and concept, but ultimately not worth paying the 7bucks for the full version. Inspirational quotes are mostly trite - putting up some truly helpful instructions and quotes would be a big improvement.

Awesome!

Great app to keep up with one selves habits.

Love it!

Works great! Love seeing those check marks line up on the calendar. Very motivating to me.

Horrible

SituatedAction

Horrible and non-intuitive interface. I created a Goal and made it active, but when I created a Habit, it kept telling me I have no active Goals. Pass on this one... I'm going to explore for other more simple apps.

Instant frustration

PausingBliss

I was excited to try out this app… And it seemed promising as I read the instructions. However, I was instantly frustrated when I tried to input my first goal. I had to pause a few times in the middle of filling in the details for my first goal, and each time my phone went into screensaver mode, the app would close and I would lose everything that I entered. Usually, when this happens, when you unlock your phone again, the app will remain in the same place so you can pick up where you left off. This happened about three times in a row (I have a baby, there are lots of distractions in my house) and by that time I got so frustrated I just deleted the app.

Outdated + Not built for long term use

McSear

This app has no UP-to-date support from the developer. Dozens of months between updates. Here are 2 instances: The app still does not have personal custom color choices for categories (developer intention in 2011) nor data backup nor data export (developer intention in 2011). There are better app choices out there. Keep looking, and test out a few at one time. CANNOT RECOMMEND

Thank you THF. Really enjoying this app and sharing with friends. Keep up the good work. Was hoping to see some of this come through in update.
