Every time I put my email address it says Uh oh sorry! Try again or create new account. I know my email address is correct because I’m able to login on the website. I think there’s a bug. Can we correct this? Thanks.

Can the developers please fix the app. It’s been months since I have been able to use the app due to not being able to login. It’s such a hassle having to do such extra things just to join classes or check out points and balances.
Doesn't Work For Class Reservations

Works fine for checking in to my club. Hooking up my bar code was easy. Tried to register for class but was stuck in a labrinth of registering my ABC Financial (terrible company) account, which the app failed to recognize. Called my club and was told the app has been down all day. Registered over the phone. Tried during the next week to enroll again. Supposedly I could register for class at the club by scanning my barcode. That kiosk outside the cycle room froze. I'm still attempting to register and getting no where! I tried contacting support but there's no button to submit feedback. If you just want to use the app to check in at the front desk, you'll be fine. If anyone can tell me how to get it to allow me to enroll in classes, do tell.

Downloaded this app then found out it’s for a location in Ct. I have a membership for the Edge fitness in Vermont. It would be beneficial to show that in your description for the app. ?

I like that I could pretty much do what I need to. I wish searching for classes was easier opposed to going into each gym location to see the schedule. I’d rather select from a drop down box which class I was looking for and a schedule showed up.
Authentication is totally screwed up

Authentication is totally screwed up. Password doesn’t seem to sync with the website. Does not remember password, like there is some small chance I will remember it after a 2 hour workout. The people at the gym desk said that you can only redeem rewards with the app, but they can’t help you login.

At first the app was alright with the login then a week later it decided to log me off. So then I try to log back on and when it came to the part to put in my city membership location all of sudden it didn’t appear and I was never able to log back on to the app! I wish the app had a help center or number to help people with this issue get it fixed.
