Unfortunately, while I was super excited, the app doesn’t load due to an error message that it’s in the incorrect format.

I got this error: JSON could not be serialized because of error: Data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. I clicked on the app support button and got a flash page for the app, but no where to actually get help.
