My high school streams all the games on this program and when I try and go in there is always a glitch where the log in disappears. The layout is horrible and confusing and sometimes the videos don't load and it is definitely not a problem on my end because I have LTE currently trying to access this game. It's frustrating when it is supposed to work and doesn't.
Needs support for password protected events

All of the sports my school streams are password protected so I can't watch them on the app. The mobile site works better!
Disappointing App

The marketing description is good but the execution isn't. Due to low signal at the event I had to record and sync later. 24 hours later with a good wifi still no sync. Worse there isn't a feature in the app to force a sync. Sent a note to help last night, crickets. Sent another one today, crickets. So I have 10 minutes of video that I wanted to show the team today to fix some issues and I can't because this app doesn't work properly. Insult to injury there is an option to upgrade a video for $4.99, which I paid. A mistake on my part in that there is no video to see and no support to resolve.
Excellent concept. Jumpy when internet connection is weak

Excellent idea. Needs a way to improve internet connectivity for some games. Some of the f the announcers of games are great.
