B.J. Harrison brings classic literature to life! He is an artist with such talent that each tale and it's characters are fresh every time. Me Harrison's vocalizations for each character are unique but not over dramatic. The listener is never left wondering " now is That the bad guy from chapter 1 or someone new?" Of course he is aided by the wonderful classic novels and short stories that never get fair treatment when brought to the screen. Mr B.J. Harrison is that wonderful dad or teacher who would read to us and let us get renewed by the might and majesty of Classic Tales

Best Way to Access Classic Tales

I've been a fan of the Classic Tales podcast for several years - I would never read the books shared, but listening to BJ Harrison read them is a great way to pass my daily commute. With the changes to podcasts and the Apple Store this is, in my opinion, the easiest way to access the Classic Tales Podcast.

What's the difference?

Love the podcast. Thought buying the app would get me older/more episodes than what's available in iTunes. Not so. Same episodes. That being said, I'm still BJ got my 2 bucks as the stories are well read and enjoyable. Thanks BJ.

The book choices are a wonderful mixture of genres. He does a fantastic job of making the characters come alive. I recommend this app to anyone that is looking for well produced audiobooks.
