Cute App of the Greatest Story Ever Told

This is a cute app with fun ways for kids to learn about the birth of Jesus. Personally, I believe it is much too little for the price when you compare this app to other 99 cent apps. I expected to see many more levels than 1 level for each of only a few activities. The voices of the narrators are very nice and soothing. The graphics are geared for small children, but they are still cute. The games are nicely done, however, there isnt enough there to keep the childs attention for very long or any incentive for them to come back. Basically you are paying for a daily devotional for a 4 to 6 year old childs level at the cost of 99 cents per lesson. The lesson and activities can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes due to each activity only having 1 level and only 1 set of answers / results. The Bible is, by far, the most popular book to purchased, read, and studied. Paying 99 cents for each story would be extremely expensive. Getting the Word of God out to teach others is a noble task that should not be followed by greed.

I love this app!!! Just wish I had found it before Christmas, but I'll still share with my children anyway. Sad to see the only two bad reviews were from non-believers. Review the app not other peoples beliefs.

Jesus is not a girl. Read the part where Mary puts him in clothes. Otherwise a pretty cute rendition for kids.

Was super impressed with the Biblical accuracy of the story, until the wise men showed up at the manger. That's not accurate...but all-in-all a pretty good telling. I'm not terribly impressed with Jesus having blonde hair and blue eyes...and was disappointed with Jingle Bells being played...but I won't uninstall.
