I love this game I am so much a fan of this game

Bought both, this is the ONLY game I’d pay money in-app for, though the price is up there. The graphics, stories, and puzzles are done well enough that I’ll pay some money to support the development of a third app (or an update to either one. I bought the expansions for both). I go through them fairy quickly though since they aren’t really challenging, so I’d like for the expansion price to be lowered or for more levels to be added with each expansion, because it’s 5.99 for a pack I sift through in less than an hour.

Update: Wow- thank you so much for the prompt response! I did as you suggested and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and set the graphics to low. It worked! So I updated my review from 3 stars to 5. Thanks again for the immediate response. It makes a world of difference when developers actually care about the end users and respond to any and all concerns. Thanks so much! I wrote a review for this game a few months ago and explained how i was unable to play it due to the fact that it made my phone EXTREMELY hot and drains my battery in literally minutes. Not sure what happened to my review... please don’t tell me y’all delete “not so good” reviews??? The gameplay is ok, graphics are nice, I just can’t play it and had to delete it. The battery consumption was ridiculous. I started with 79% battery and within a 3 minute timeframe it dropped down to 60%. This is the ONLY game that does this. I’d like to know what the developers think about this, I googled why and read about the causes, and it’s not my phone, but I know I’m not the only person in the world with this problem. Please do not delete my review.

My daughter just started reading Harry Potter, and this game is just right in her alley. Like the design, music, logics begins it. UI was very simple and easy to interact with.

Is there a way to reset and start over (with tutorial?) I only played the free levels but now. Y daughter wants to try it. Puzzles were a bit trivial on the free levels, are the paid ones more challenging?

I’m a fan of the The Room series and I was skeptical at first, but the Birdcage series has won me over because its a little easier and not as dark, so playing with my 4 and 6 year olds has been a blast. The only question I have is how to reset progress to the beginning so that gems can be discovered again?
