The Autism-Spectrum Quotient (AQ) test gives a measure of autistic traits in adults. It was developed by Psychologist Simon Baron-Cohen and other colleagues at Cambridge’s Autism Research Centre.
The testing process consists of 50 multiple choice questions, which can be used to give an assessment into the likelihood of having Asperger's Syndrome or other conditions that are also classified on the Autism Spectrum such as PDD-NOS or High Functioning Autism.
The test can be used by adults and often it is used by parents taking the test on behalf of their children.

Hello, I am writing this review because this works. I have aspergers and I answered all the questions and it said I had aspergers. So, which sums up this works. My friends tried it and the ones with aspergers, the app said they had it. And the ones who didn't, the app said they didn't have it. I've tried it many times and I got the same score everytime. Get it!

I took this assessment late one evening, shortly before bedtime. I was in a peaceful state of mind, without expectations of what other people needed me to be. At that moment, I was not an employee; I was not a spouse; I was not the family caretaker. I was just ME. The assessment reveals me to be at the borderline of AS. There had been times, in recent years, when I was sure I had AS. Other times, I thought I was mistaken. It all makes sense now.

Everything I've tried to do with the iPhone this for has always been top notch and this is no different. I would go to a professional to get diagnosed with Asperger's but this almost almost does the trick; having to pay $1500 to therapist in Olympia would be a total waste of money, time and energy

This is definitely one of the better free tests you will find out there. The questions are relevant and there are enough of them to give exceptionally precise results (though of course, you shouldn't take it as a diagnosis). Worth downloading, 100%!

I have ios 10.2 and this app still works great. Just installed and used it today. Easy to navigate and well-laid out. Prev and next work w/o loss of answer. Got my score and now doing some research. Kudos and thanks to the devs! Recommended!
Highly inaccurate and easily misleading

The major problem with self test for Aspergers is that an introvert could easily answer the questions and get a result of Aspergers. No two people with Aspergers is the same. Their perspective, what interests them, co-morbid conditions, etc. What these test do is it takes the most stereotypical perception of Aspergers and presents it in an agree/disagree format. You will never find a psychologist who utilizes tests like these in diagnosing a patient with Aspergers because they are wholly incapable of producing an even remotely accurate assessment. There has been studies done concluding that only a small percentage of self-diagnosed individuals actually have Aspergers. As someone who has been diagnosed by two separate psychologists, I can assure you this test is a waste of time and in no way a reflection of your potential of being on the spectrum.
