Freezing before and Its still freezing

On my iPhoneX the app freezes at times, also to delete messages is a pain as there is no clear inbox or outbox in the mobile app. Desktop site is good with all the controls and settings, the mobile app is very basic with basic controls.
Warning: Paying for premium not working

Paid for premium and everything says I’m premium but still limited to 1 message every 10 minutes on iOS. Let this be a warning until they fix it. I’ve tried everything from logging out, deleting app and restarting phone.

I paid for premium and till now I can only send one message in 10 minutes. I’m not happy about it and I want my money refunded or put my account back to premium

I’ve been using it for a year or so and have had no problems. I’ve met people on here as well with no problem. I wish the site was free but I have no complaints. Great selection of people to check out as well. It’s a great dating site if you live in Thailand or visit often. Otherwise stay away. There are a lot of dudes on here that scam Thai people. Don’t be a jerk and show respect. Don’t lead people on and don’t lie. I get jits and messages all the time and I’m an average looking guy. Great site for dating Thai ladyboys as well if that is your preference. Gay men too. Very LGBT friendly.

A paid for my premium $69 for 3 months, but nothing, still standard member, I wrote letters with conformation numbers, nothing. Don’t be fooled! Ignore them and this site!
