This is the worst app ever it just hangs when I try to use it and when I try to change my password it say refer to the rules then I referred to it and my password was ok and matched the rules but it just keeps on saying no

The TGV app has a lot of bugs and crashes when trying to purchase movie tickets. Takes a long time to load once selected date and time. When it does load, it can’t get thru to the payment gateway. Had to close the app and run it again and the same thing happens. When it finally does allow you to make the ticket payment, it just continuously loads and hangs at the payment portal. Also when trying to call in TGV’s hotline or customer service, nobody picks up the call!!! As if there’s nobody in the office at all!! It is very very frustrating!!! You’re gonna lose out to your competitors if you don’t get your technical and customer service staff to function!

It stuck forever to load on the seat selection page. Why waste so much money to develop something so heavy and not durable at all.. wasting my quality time!!!!!

Terrible update. App does not work. “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.” The old app and old website were fine and working. Don’t fix something that’s not broken. The website is annoying now because you have to click on a lot more options before you can see the film/cinema that you want to see.
Does not work offline

App can’t be used offline. So if my phone lose connection/data used up at the time I need to access to my ticket at the cinema, I won’t be able to. Please at least make the booking history accessible offline.
Dead loop, useless apps

When apps is clicked, it asked for update then divert to App Store but App Store did not ask for update. It has "open", when click , it diverts to "update" page again
New version is not working

Whenever i open the app,it says plz update to the new version and when i open app store to update,it says the app is already updated and then again when i open the app,it says to update the version! What is this man!!!
