Crashing issue

Every time I try to use the vintage film effect my phone crashes :( I wish I could give this app a higher rating because I see its potential but it keeps crashing :(

Can you please explain how to use this app in family sharing. It will only work on the initial phone it was purchased on. It says the subscription has expired for the others. Also, couldn’t find anyway to contact you other than here. Thank you
editing text doesn’t work

Every time I tap “edit” for the text it sends me straight to my home screen. it is so frustrating. I tried starting a free trial, re-downloading the app and even turning my phone off & back on.... nothing worked!!!! I’m so upset & disappointed with this app
Tezza app lives up to its brand!

I’d been debating whether to subscribe to this app due the yearly fee. Finally decided to go for it, since Tezza is my favorite Instagram influencer. Her style and beauty (and Cole’s fabulous photography) are a continual inspiration to me in my own photography and design endeavors. The filters are great—especially enhancing my selfies. I would say it’s worth it to subscribe to the photo editing aspect of the app. In addtion to filters, there is a basic photo editor, as well; plus overlays, dust, frames and text. Very pleased!

There are literally only 6 free presets you get out of a possible 200+. You have to subscribe for the other hundreds of preset options. And to be honest, the ones I was able to use were way over saturated and had a very high contrast. Was not happy at all, definitely not worth it for me. Immediately deleted the app.

Love it for photos but always get an error when I go to save my videos. Don’t waste your $
Video exports differently from the app

Ever since I got my new Iphone 12, video has been exporting weirdly putting a blurred effect on top. It would look fine when I’m editing in the app and once it’s exported, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LOOK. I used Tezza for every video filters and now I can’t use it when I literally paid for this specific purpose. Please please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Started using today but the camera function is not working for me? It would also me nice to edit multiple images at one time, that way all edits are the same.
