I really needed some text messages they were super important from my sick mom I just can't believe it's this didn't work I wasted $10 I read the reviews it's okay any of the good reviews are written by the producers! Really upset.

This app simply does NOT WORK AT ALL! The app crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried to use it. I can't even get it to get my contacts, let alone try to retrieve deleted messages, additionally, the "Software" is a joke which my MacBook sees it as a virus. I am expecting to receive a a FULL refund.

I've paid my money and this app will not export the contacts no matter what!!!! This is very frustrating and needs to be fixed of you're going to charge people!!!
It does nothing (doesn't work at all) and app support is non responsive)

This was a complete waste of $10. The app did nothing (it wouldn't even load properly) and when I contacted support for help, I got no response. This is the literal equivalent of flushing $10 down the toilet - you get nothing but disappointment.
