I’ve had this for a few days now and it’s pretty average, just a texting app. I rated this 4 and not 5 because there should be a Viewed or Read shown, and a bubble to show when someone is typing.

I downloaded this app before I even had the chance to use it I kept getting a bunch of calls that would hang up after 3 seconds of calling, thought it was the number so I deleted it and re downloaded it with a new number and the same thing was happening. Idk if that’s normal but it was just really weird since no one had that number yet.

BRING BACK THE MESSAGE READ CHECKMARK!

It was HUGE to me that this app let you know that your message had been read. PLEASE PLEASE bring that back!!! It will then return to 5 stars in my rating! Love the app otherwise. Once again, could you please bring back the message read check marks?

Constant Annoying Ads (Notifications)

This app COULD be good, but it has ads constantly popping up for it. Once you download it, you will be inundated with tons of notifications for it. Ads to buy minutes, notifications to use features of theirs, etc. It is extremely intrusive, and multiple times per day. I had to get rid of it because I’d get notifications while at work, all to find out it is this app trying to sell me something else.

You can’t call to Mexico

I used to like this app but now they notice that people used to call outside the country and they cancel that option so now you only can text and call here in the U.S so if you need internet for this app to work I think is better use facebook messenger it’s free and unlimited or WhatsApp so this app RIP forever ...

Does not send video or picture messages on the XR at all I have even deleted and re installed the app and still does not send them. Also my phone is updated with the newest iOS and yes the app is also updated so idk what the issue is.

Of all the apps I’ve tried for a second phone line, this one is the best. However I wish they would add the option of a single monthly fee for removal of ads, locking your phone number and unlimited calls and texts like competitors have...paying for minutes these days seems pretty draconian.

I get that the free version has ads but now they really are pushing it with pop up ads unless you pay the $3.00 every month for no ads. And why not have a special yearly price type of thing like Sideline does it?! You guys are the same company for goodness sake! I’ve asked for original ringtones and message sounds (which is not a dealbreaker) but till this day nothing! I’ve had this app for years now and you can’t even make your own sounds? These sounds that come with that app sound like you guys recorded it with a 2004 flip phone and then uploaded it to the app! Ridiculous!!! This last update really did it for me to come here and give y’all a 1 star well deserved!
