We downloaded app. Paid $20 for a phone number & 8.99 per month fee to text. Tried to send out one text. Doesn’t work. Re-installed. Still can not text. Contacted customer service. They said we were flagged for unusual activity? I asked how? We haven’t sent one text? Lakeitha from customer service deems issues were resolved. I email her everyday for the next 7 days. She keeps copy and pasting same response. Finally told her to fwd me to someone that can help me. Stopped responding. That was 2 days ago. Requesting refund. I’m sorry, Lakeitha will tank your business.

This app worked great for me for awhile. Then today I couldn’t send texts or log in. When I sent in a request for customer service, they said unusual activity had been detected and my account was canceled. It’s a free account, no unusual activity on my end, no notice of problems from them, so why cancel it with no notice? Very dissatisfied with this outcome. Plus they marked the ticket closed, with no chance for me to respond. Bad service. Getting a lame response that the developer is sorry makes no difference. They deleted my account. That’s unacceptable. Stay away from this app if you want a reliable text app.

This app is horrible, how you say it’s a free text app but try to make someone pay for the number only to use it.. that’s lame and I will no longer be using this app... if you want a free text app download TEXTNOW... They not trying to get you out of your money

Any Wifi even with a strong signal is so bad for phone calls. Texting is fine. Phone calls are horrible.

Notifications aren’t able to be turned off

Even though I have the notifications disabled under my general settings, I still get notifications when I get an incoming call. It’s really annoying.

It’s basically ads when you text there’s ads right there. It’s more like a online shopping cause soo many ads

I love using the app, it’s just ads are everywhere. I was waiting for a text from a friend and an ad popped up. It looked like if she did respond. I was looking around my room and saw that an ad popped up. It’s really annoying. Other than that, it’s fine. Just please remove the ads. I know I can pay for it, but I’m broke.
