After the most recent update, the app won’t load. It just stays stuck on the Texas lotto image home screen. It’s a great app that is so convenient. Please fix!!

The app has not worked all 2020 on my moms phone sisters phone my phone and a couple of friends we all have different types of devices my sister deleted it and downloaded it again and it worked for her but not on my moms phone nor mine :(

Just downloaded this app to scan my sister’s winning ticket. Turns out that the scanning feature with the updated software addressing the scan feature does not work. This still needs work.
App no longer works since update three days ago.
