Poor customer service and bullying

I have been playing the game for a long time and if I had any concerns, I would email them. At first they would respond sort of but then they just stopped responding completely. I have been trying to log on for the past 3 weeks and it kept saying “ user disabled “. I’ve contacted customer support repeatedly to no avail . They have yet to respond. I have not done anything that would cause my account to be disabled. In fact, their have been instances where I’ve been harassed profusely even up until 3 weeks ago. I’ve complained about the issues and the rudeness and harassment from other players but nothing was done. I’ve gotten blocked for that reason. I have screenshots to prove that I didn’t even respond when I was being harassed but nothing works. They have not responded back to me or fixed the issue. It’s safe to say they promote bullying. I’ve seen it night after night

It's fun to play. I s it to practice for the casino. But, system freezes up, usually when I have a large amount on the line, so my coins go bye-bye. I personally think it's a ploy to get me to buy chips, lol. Customer I service has something to be desired. Whenever you make a complaint on a rude player, the first thing said is "did you take a screen shot? Next time take a screen shot.". You should be able to give the table and time. They should be able to look back to verify. Same thing happens when you have top hand but someone else is the winner. But for the most part, it's fun.

I have played on her for yearsIt use to be fun now but now if you are not a chip buyer and have billions of chips you get treated awful. You can’t play a relaxing game, the players with billions bully everyone at every table you go to, even smaller tables. Support does nothing they never even answer your reports. Don’t waste your time, just a bunch of rude people

Amazing that the site supports mob mentality and cry babies. If you win a lot people will report you and get you banned. It’s like they have players on the take to stop good players from winning

I played celeb poker for several years. I was in their 100 players list. I was playing at a 5 people table one evening, it was quiet, no bullies, no nasty players. I was disconnected suddenly, it says “user is disabled”, I contacted customer service next day, and I got very lucky- the customer service fixed it. A few months later same thing happened again, my account was disabled for absolute no reason, I wrote to them many times and I got no response, finally I got an email from customer service “the account was disabled and we will not enable the account”. I asked them why but there was no more responses from that time on. I lost over 380 billion chips. Be prepared to lose all your chips from their server disconnect at any time and without any reason if you do chose to play this app! Their billboard full of porn pictures of players, so keep your kids away if you’re playing poker, or your kids will tell their friends “ my daddy/ mom has no time with me, because he/she is playing porn” :(
