Why doesn’t this update ?

I’m not sure where I’m supposed to go to put in a claim but it seems no matter how many battles or tournaments I win it doesn’t update to unlock my power ups and finishers ?!

Update: Hey Tetris blitz, do you really think I am going to watch an ad that is 160 seconds long just to have one more attempt to beat a daily challenge? It's insane and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Remove long ads or you've lost a customer. I have really enjoyed this game over the last couple months. Suddenly, maybe with the latest update?, this game has been super buggy. It will crash, not remember that I had a game coming up, and try to charge me for a new game, I have to tap buttons multiple times before the buttons register... it's just one thing after another and I'm constantly having to restart which doesn't even fix the problem half the time. I'm ready to give up. Also, the game will sometimes freeze after I play a challenge for the first try and fail and when i restart it wants me to pay 10,000 coins to play instead of giving me more free tries by watching videos. It's really infuriating.

Just finished playing "FREE" challenge game, and won, game crashed, log back in AND NO CREDIT FOR WINNING, DID NOT RECEIVE MY COINS, AND AM BEING CHARGED COINS TO PLAY THE "FREE" GAME AGAIN, WHICH I JUST WON. What is it with all the crashing?????
I wish we had a choice to update.

I have no issue w the game at all, very cool. To mandate people to upgrade is not right. Should be a choice. I don't want to be stuck w a version I don't like.

I’ve played Tetris since the 80s and I’ve been a casual player on this app for years but that’s about to change. The game, as designed for this app, is pretty useless unless you just want to waste your life in 2 minute increments. Scores are worthless and menial without finishers and power ups. Power ups don’t activate to the player’s benefit and the clock keeps ticking thru the long duration of the animated power ups wasting actual game play time and limiting how high one can score. I keep hoping an update will improve this part of game play but it never does. Once these last in-game coins are spent, this app will be deleted.

I had over a million points and it did not save my score in the leader board. Rigged!!!!! Please fix this. I love this game and really wanted to earn my reward.

I love this game, it gives me such good vibes when I’m down, and it’s such a good time killer! Best part of all, I just downloaded it 30 minutes ago (had to delete due to space problems) and I got a score of 600K! I’m now on the leaderboard. Love it! Keep updating! :3 -P.S: (My username is CHARLES)

I prefer this game with less random power ups and finishers. This is suppose to be about skills not luck. Players score high because of luck not because skills. This should be taken under consideration.
