Same error on multiple devices

I’ve had the error “TestFlight couldn’t connect to iTunes Connect. Please try again later” for the last 24 hours. The error is occurring across multiple devices. All new TestFlight email links are also timing out “beta.apple...” please fix.

It says you have to be 13 but on the thing it says 4+ and why thirteen I’m going to have to wait for a couple months before I can test halbricks new game. please make it 12 so that 12 or maybe every one can use it or 4 because it says 4+.
