In app description it’s says “DMV Testbank in 100% free....” ,and “FREE UNLIMITED ACCESS the entire app, No payment required” but I’m getting charge every week. I noticed my money is being taken from my app pay, I find out that it is this app so I delete and cancel the subscription, that I never knew about but im still being charged. Not once did it ask for verification or my finger print to allow these transactions. I also never saw anything about a subscription/charges after 3days.
Don’t get this app ??

App is incredibly misleading in that it seems to be free, but after you open it you are required to have a username and password that can only be obtained by agreeing to an automated payment. Shady and dishonest. It is a travesty that a private company is profiting off our tax dollars. Tax dollars that should be spent on educating and training drivers to improve safety! The update changes nothing about their shady behavior. I cancelled it before I even got to three days but totally expect to be charged anyway (like so many other people). Do not say, “totally free,” when it isn’t true. Trial period isn’t the same as “totally free.” You’ll keep pissing people off, and getting horrible reviews, as long as you keep using manipulative marketing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP

All I did was click on the app to check it out and it got a purchase from me. I didn’t purchase anything willingly and I would like a refund, please. I don’t even have it downloaded.
