No thanks - disappointed

The app does not provide any active ongoing work out routines but just some simple pictures or videos on how you can use it. If you try to contact customer service or do a password reset it fails at all levels. Very disappointed. A gigantic waste of your money. Especially when you are trying to get info on repair options.

Been using the terra core for about a year now. With the help of the app and the exercises I have lost a total of 48 lbs. and it feels great. I cannot say enough great things about this product and the accompanying app.
No videos

Does not download the demo videos on my iPhone or iPad. The app is useless. I tried several different areas and get the same results. “No image available “
