Ive been playing this game for quite a while now and i’ve really noticed things get slower and I think the reason for this is because people have moved on to other games. It’s time has passed. Plarium has neglected this game to the point it has died. They’ve went and copy pasted a new game and all the attention has gone away. There is no way to have fun and its the dullest of its kind. “If we slap terminator on it we’ll make so much money!” Oops now its soldiers, oops now its vikings, oops... How long will this cycle continue Plarium?

I’ve played this game for about a year total and i’ve seen good updates and really bad customer service. I work in the customer service world and have helped developed similar games like this (which will remain anonymous). It is extremely difficult to maintain anyone’s interest for very long. This game’s and any MMOG is relationships. Suggestions: Upgrade chat. I use Line and Whatsapp. Which makes it easier to communicate but also leave this game completely. Add subscription payment In the US we are bombarded by subscriptions. Why because we pay them and forget about them. Make it several tiers from $.99 to $99.99. Add the ability to move dimensions If we are allowed to move to other areas the drama that kills these kind of game is easier to control. Why I gave this game one star I have yet to see any active development instead Ive seen comments that are designed placate the audience. In other words enough talk make it better. I’m sorry but I hope being truthful and to the point will help us all.
