Apparently this app does not have full functionality on iPhones. A Tep+ number cannot be generated for iOS users which means that you will be making international calls to all locations besides your home. It also means that locals will have to call an international number if they want to reach you. Not one star because of the great customer service who helped me figure out this mess but until this service gets repairs, this App is pretty subpar.

I tried to get the app to work and well as my daughter and I just wasted approximately $400. Good luck!

REGISTRATION SYSTEM WORST EVER!!

This app has you put in your phone number and wait for code sent sms. It then starts a 120 second timer. If you don’t receive the code within the 120 seconds then it comes up with a RESEND button. Never received the code. After three “Resend”s, it locks you out for 24 hours. I know two friends that had the exact same problem. We live in the USA and have great cell service. Checked settings on app, all set to all notifications, cellular data, etc. I would not recommend this app to anyone!!! Only trying to use it because I have a friend that’s temporarily in Italy.

I had a technical issue with TEP and their product, however, the issue was resolved and TEP was easy to work with providing me a full refund and store credit for the future. Very much appreciated TEP.
