Easy to find players but not always reliable regarding skill level

First of all, I love this app. It’s easy to use and easy to search for players in your area. I like the social aspect of the app in that you can share photos and videos. The chat function works perfectly and I like the broadcast function that can send a message to all players that meet your filters instead of individually messaging a bunch of people. That being said, this app is not without its problems, similar to any app. While meeting players is made easy, meeting players that are actually true to their supposed level is not reliable. I’ve used this app to meet up with 6 different players, and only half of them were true to their claimed level. Many of the players have complained that they don’t know how to rate themselves (this is rather confusing on the app) and end up randomly putting a number which usually is a gross overestimation. While I love meeting new people regardless of their level, many of whom I still see today outside of tennis, it is a bit frustrating when you expect to play someone in your wheelhouse and plan accordingly only to discovery a wide skill gap. In conclusion, easy to use app in terms of finding players, but the players are sometimes not in accordance with their claimed levels. If you are a beginner to 4.0 (NTRP) player, this app is perfect because it contains many more of these level players, but as a 4.0+ you will end up playing with a bunch of supposed 4.5+ or higher that are really 3.0s.

The app runs. It’s easy to set a profile and shoot message to user who fits your filtering criteria. But, there’s not a lot responds. The only one nearby me is not been active for 14 months but I’m been using this app for couple years so I don’t know if it’s because covic or else. Thanks for making the app!

The app is great for finding a tennis partner. The way you can find people based on their location is great. Strongly recommend to anyone needs a tennis partner.

Requires two factor authentication and unnecessary personal information to use. If you’re looking to simply locate nearby tennis courts this app is NOT for you. The wonderful “Tennis Court Locator“ app has been removed and deleted from iPhones. If you’re after something more complex you might be happy with this app if you just wanted to locate tennis courts you’re stuck with Google.

A Lot of inactive users

Overall this is a nice app but a few things can be done better. First off the primary rating system it uses is not NTRP so all the time you have to remember the conversion and figure out your rating. The biggest gripe is with the results. You can’t sort potential partners by distance. Second, 90% of players have been inactive for months or years. There is no filter to show only whose who are still active and use the app.
