I've been using Tennis TV for years and have always found their subscribing/unsubscribing process extremely confusing. I did finally figure it out. Re canceling a subscription: cancel on the App Store and then a day or so later go to the App and login. If you're still showing as a subscriber, email their customer service - they are usually helpful enough. Re subscribing, try creating an account first on TennisTV, then subscribing through the App Store. The thing I really can't believe is that there are no scores on the app (Apple TV or iOS devices). Seems like an obvious thing to have on a sports app. The app (and the service in general) is certainly better than it used to be but is form over function.

Video stream freezes every few seconds (both on Chromecast and on PC). Highly irritating.

Tennis tv is a must have for all tennis fans. It has everything you may want from live matches and match replays to player interviews. I'm a tennis fanatic and use my account every day. I love it and you will too.

It’s great to be able to pick and choose matches to watch, but very annoying that fast forwarding through changeovers almost inevitably results in so much buffering (even when WiFi speed exceeds 100 Mbps) that it’s impossible to continue watching a match. Usually when the video returns, it’s much lower resolution, and frequently the video goes dark more often than it plays. For example, fast forwarding through one changeover can result in more than a minute of spooling time, followed by mere seconds of low-resolution match video, followed by more spooling and another brief bout of match video - and on and on. I’ve found this on both Apple TV and Roku, and it gets to the point where it’s so frustrating that I stop watching entirely. At this rate, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Indispensable for fans of men’s tennis.

I can’t believe this app costs $14 a month on subscription. I can’t stream on my phone with 4G LTE or even on my Apple TV with WiFi! Horrible development job, did you not even consider giving playback settings to lower quality? Maybe that would be useful for an app that can’t seem to get its act together. Unbelievable !

Best tennis app I've used. They do a good job of not spoiling things if you're watching a replay match a day late. App is well designed.
