Typical of any government sponsored app. Seldom works because of unconcerned employees.
Compare to Other Apps

I would advise that developers compare it to other state lottery apps and try to use some of the better features from the other apps, such as cash value of a prize and # scratch ticket left in the total printed per prize amount. Wa lottery makes a great app.
Check winning tickets

This is the worse app for checking to see if you have winning tickets. Usually have to scan tickets 5 or 6 times each. You receive error message “Unable to verify ticket information at this time, try again”. I normally don’t review apps but this app is so terrible I had to leave a review. App developers you need to fix this annoying scanning error.

Can’t scan tickets anymore so I don’t see the point of even having it. I can look up the winning numbers online-don’t need a crash app for that

1 star until you can fix the barcode scanner. All scans result in “unable to verify ticket information at this time. Please try again.” The best use of this app is as a ticket scanner and that core functionality doesn’t work. Spend a few dollars to get someone to fix that, jeez

The last 2 update y'all did for the app has cause the scanner to not scan no tickets I've deleted the app and re download it just to be safe but it keen sayin unable to verify or see retailer to scan...

It hasn’t once been able to read the barcode and decipher the value of the ticket. Always the same error.
