Not working correctly

I have two Stewart minion cams which work great, each one in a different house. Never had any problems with old tend app but I have to update to new tend secure app and now one cam only works when I’m away at my other house. Please fix this problem as old app well now be supported any more and would gladly update my review.

This is one of the worst products I’ve ever used in 40 years. The last product was End Of Lifed (EOL), and I was hopeful this would be better….NOT. It can’t even hold a connection to a camera. Constantly “Lost Connection” errors. Don’t waste your time or money.
Sound issues

Just had to download the new version and I’m already having sound issues. It either doesn’t work or or can’t change the volume.

I had the old tend app for over two years. No problems ever, better than my “High dollar”security system (as far as establishing a connection from far away). This Tend secure app, I can never get through on it. No connection ever established. Can’t talk through the communicator. And I had to pay for the app that does not work. Totally dislike this. Wish for better technology (since the old version worked fine).

Dang. Just started learning new app and best part so far is the home page. I can turn things off or on from right there and every unit is displayed. Thanks!

The time lapse video is available. The real time does not work on the Tend Secure app. The wheel just spins.

We use the Minion cam to check in on my elderly father who still lives alone. It works great for video, but he can’t hear the audio…. Love it!
What happened?!
your being annoying
Trying to use today and cameras are not loading. Trying to look a recorded videos, the are slow to load then freeze. What’s up? Very sad, uses to think app was pretty slick. ☹️
