We have the Tempur-Ergo Premier and this app works just fine; all you need do is follow the simple instructions that comes with the mattress/frame. It’s called a ‘Complete Reference Guide’ for a reason. Nicely done Tempur-Pedic. Not only do we have a great bed and frame, but an app that controls the frame through our home network without an issue at all. Not too hard people!
could not be easier to setup and operate! works perfectly with our home network, various devices, and split king!
It no longer see my bed in the app. Have reset, unplugged and still nothing.
I was not happy with this app until I set it up correctly The bed store drop bed off and ran Not training no help no instruction I would give TEMPUR-Ergo a low grade for support It took me some 6 six months to setup Once set up correctly it will work as advertised Found support on line TEMPUR-Ergo lacks installation support For the money i question value But app dose work well
The salesman’s phone worked, and I was able to access it while in the store. I have tried many times at home and it can’t find my WIFI. Don’t waste your time.
I’ve had this app for about 3 or 4 years now and it has never gave me any problems. Not sure what the 2 stars overall is about. I’m on iOS 13 and the app hasn’t been updated for 4 years but it still works for me. No complaints. Great job devs
Why is this app incredible you ask? The app hasn’t had an update in literally 4 years! 6k spent on a bed. No updates in 4 years! I mean if that’s not incredible I don’t know what is. For instance when Apple moved to bigger screens. Does the app accommodate that? Heck no it doesn’t. Does it accommodate for the notch. Actually yes BECAUSE IT’S SO OLD THERE IS ALL BLACK THERE ANYWAY. Does it work. Yes. Is it what a consumer expects when they purchase a high end bed. Nah. Whatever they got you by the stones. What else are you going to use. The remote? Yep.
Paid thousands for my bed set up. Furniture salesman acted like this was a top of the line system. The wi-fi does not connect and the app does not work. App looks like it was made years ago and hasn’t been updated. This company is a scam and rip off. Get your money back.
