i dont know what happend to this app it used to be my favorite like 1 week ago but now i can’t download musics to listen to them in offline mode, this is really sad now i have to say goodbye to this incredible app ?

This app was awesome for the first one year so I even recommend a lot of my friends to use this but then it started crashing time and again erasing all my playlists. I have to download the songs numerous times and it still crashes now and then. Pls fix this.
