Great game but over priced pro!

Better the the original version , while it would be nice for nostalgic reason to play the original . My only problem with the game is, the ads. The ads are by far the worst I have ever come across. Which would be ok , I would just pay for the "pro" version, but 5 dollars is a little over priced.
Expert scores never post

Why are there no expert scores in the Game Center? I have won several expert games and I don't see mine or anyone else's expert scores on the leaderboard. This app would get 4 stars from me except that is a major oversight. I ignored it for a while thinking there had to be an update coming soon that would fix this, but it's been weeks and still nothing. Aside from that, the app needs screen rotation, smaller zoom level, ability to hide the controls while playing, and the animations should stop when you tap them. Also consider tracking 3BV scores. This is a super fun take on a classic game, with great design, but the missing leaderboard is a deal breaker.

I would not download this again. Playing at the highest level, one often runs into the case where only one mine is left to identify and there are two places where it can be placed that are consistent with the boundary conditions, that is, the solution is not unique. At that point, you just have to guess and hope you guessed right. I've run into this situation about 20 times now and my guesses have been wrong all 20 times. Having a background in the mathematics of probability, I calculated the probability that I could guess wrong 20 times in a row, which is 1 in 1,048,576. In other words, essentially impossible. It's become clear that for this situation, this version is programmed to put the mine under which ever block I select so that I'll pay for their "hints." This is likely true of the upgrade that costs $. So if you intend to purchase a version, I recommend you don't purchase this one.
Great game, terrible ads

This is a high quality game with good graphics and sound effects and polish. But it's marred with possibly the worst in-your-face ad pushing I've ever seen. Death animations take seemingly hours to complete. If you exit to skip through it, you run into ads blocking your entire screen. Since you die a lot (this is minesweeper after all), this becomes almost game breakingly bad. Fix this BS and it would be an easy 5 star.
Decent game has some bugs

Level three has some bugs where the number doesn't appear right and you end up blowing up. The graphics and multiple trap animations are fun though
