It converts, but only to the nearest whole number. Not very useful.

I use it multiple times throughout the day at my job. And I don't know what people are saying about the decimal because I use decimals all the time and it works fine!
No negative numbers?

Why can't we put in negative numbers? It's -8C and I can't convert it to F. How stupid. Such a simple program that misses the fact that temps go below zero.

I note complaints about inability to use negative temperature input. This is incorrect. If you just look above the "1 2 3" keys you will find a button which says "Insert -" Pressing this button inserts a minus sign which you can then follow with the temperature you are trying to convert. Alternatively, just pressing the minus key (thats the key located just under the "1 and 2" keys) followed by the temperature to convert will also work. I'm using 4.2.1 IOS. I don't know if there might be some problem with the earlier IOS systems.

Many reviews here are wrong. There IS in fact, a way to type in a negative number just like what 'JamesNxxxxx' said. You just have to pay attention. I personally love this app because its helpful when I go to a different country. Don't listen to other people except for 'JamesNxxxxx'.
