I purchased a phone number from telos And they gave me account number and pin code to port my number out and every time Verizon try to port the number to them telos reject the port I paid $220 For the number and im about to call my credit card and cancel the transaction

Very confusing interface. Signed up for unlimited plan and it doesn’t work to send messages. Now I can’t figure out how to cancel it.
