You don’t so much care about support-until you need it. I am a seasoned t.v producer and have operated many, many kinds of prompters and software. None are as confusing and ultimately do not work. Briefly , I buy the highly rated app. Then it ask for an additional buy on for a camera for another $14.00. O.k can’t use my iPad camera but maybe this will solve the problem of the text not being to move closer to the lens? I used the companies site form “cannot submit” on pad or computer. E-mail returned too. Amber I need the 12 month subscription. It’s another $99 for the year. No love. I was willing to pay $115 MORE if it would have worked or they would help me. I just tried Teleprompter X, it’s free so my expectations were low. It seems to do everything better and intuitively. This is probably my first or second review for what that may be worth but I am shocked at the 5 star reviews. Hope you have better luck with it than I did and user error is always a possibility.
It needs a help line.

I recently installed this app on my iPad and have found it extremely easy to work with. I have exported notes into the app and have found it effortless to do.

I’ve been able to make professional VIDEOS in Rapid Time because there’s no need to memorize or edit. Set the promoter and get to recording! It’s a dream!!!

I give at least one speech or presentation per week on Zoom. Before Teleprompter Premier I had to rely on notes that were usually unreadable and distracting. Now I give a flawless presentation without breaking eye contact with my audience. I love, love, love this app!

I ended up not needing the app, but I’m giving it one star because downloading an app doesn’t give the developer permission to start emailing me to ask if I like it. Multiple times. I already get enough junk in my mailbox.

this is a case where a perfectly good app has now become glitchy w/ IOS update I have an ipad pro w/ a magic keyboard and now when I type in the editor, the app keeps scrolling down at every keystroke... This has made this app UNUSABLE for me now.... AND THIS BY FAR WAS MY FAVORITE TELEPROMPTER APPLICATION Please please pretty please write an update for this glitch Thanks so much
