Chinese messages on screen. Why?

This app worked well until I got a message in Chinese across my screen. Every time I start this app it appears. App support has not contacted me in weeks. I refuse to use app until this is solved. I am not the one the one with this problem. I've talk to others that have remove the app and reinstalled it and the problem is still there. I am giving this two stars because of what appears to be their lack of support. Don't buy any large amount of time because you may loose it.

This is the biggest scam ever it hangs up your call after 2 rings. I tried calling my cell phone with my iPad and my phone did nothing.

I got this app because I lost my phone, so I wanted to be able to receive phone calls from my Ipad until I decide what phone to get. That wasn't possible, to use the app I need a code that was sent to the thief that have my iphone 7plus off. So, if I had my iphone, why I would use my Ipad to answer al the phone calls I'm missing ? ???

It boasts free calls and text but you need to buy credits...to me buy does not equal free...moving on

I need a phone for my iPad and it’s asking me for a cell phone number, duh I don’t have a cell number.
