New update makes game unplayable

I enjoy the gameplay for what it is but when the game freezes Everytime I try to play it makes it a lot less enjoyable. It says error occurred Everytime I win any match whether it be in story or dojo mode. The new game update really effected how the game works. It's all buggy
Decent Game But Stole My Gems

I just tried to purchase the Spring Pack (or whatever it’s called). First time, it said there was an error and no gems were used. Second time, it just hung there. I restarted the app to find 600 gems taken from my inventory and no packs to be found. I’m not creating yet another account with another site to be able to contact their support. I’ll just leave this here as a warning to others.

Often get offline, the rewards then get lost. The developers should take this issue seriously. Already deleted.
Bug.. and u really have to pay to enjoy

First of all, the graphics in this game is deserve 5 stars! It look great and amazing.. The waze card system is really great and it fit to the touchscreen style for this game But, after u finish 3 star story, it almost impossible to finish the next part without higher characters, and it almost impossible to get 3 stars (let alone 4) without spending real money.. And the BUG.. Gosh.. I constantly have “unexpected error” after the match, and sadly, that makes my character blood is already almost died, but the system doesn’t read my enemies blood.. in other word, my enemy life doesn’t change prior the game, while my character is change after the “unexpected error” Please fix this...
New update ruined it

I had previously felt this game was a strong 4 out of 5. This game was a good fun game for pay gamers as well as free gamers, however with the new update the dojo challenge rewards have become less than rewarding and the progress of gameplay becomes stagnant. I given that regardless of your own player level what determines the game play progress is the level of your characters changing the rewards on dojo really deteriorated the gaming experience for me.

Sometimes when the game is loading it will take forever and then disconnect me. After a fight my character will koed without any damage done to the event or the story enemies. When i upgrade a character and disconnect because of the loading I will lose the shards I used and won’t gain anything from it. Please fix these bugs
