It hurt my ears and gave me a headache.... I could hear everything just not kids but neither could my little sisters, my parents could still hear it too at least it's free.

Most the reviews are saying they don't like it because of the noise, well that's what the app is for. The app is great for it's purpose. Warning though, some one at my school played it and it causes some people to have seizures. It wasn't this app but the noise in general. So I would recommend to anyone that has a history of having one.

I could hear the noise when set to kid teen 20 all it gave me a headache the first couple seconds

It works for the sound but I can hear every single one!!! So it works but it isn't that great.

An update took away all of the extra noises for adults and children and added adds!

The update's an obvious grab for money by reducing the original version to one sound and adding ads. Just deleted the app. from my iPhone.
