Won’t open

This app crashes at the open screen. Doesn’t open at all.

After I downloaded the app, I click and I see a flash, and the app is gone. Ok, then I gave it another try, and guess what I see? Another flash, and the app is gone. Ok, then I gave it a third try, and guess what I see this time? A third flash, and the app is gone. I deleted it.

I just download The app but when it loads it crashes within 5 seconds. I guess I’ll just use my phone’s reminders app :(

The update from a week ago made the app literally unusable. It initially stopped giving me reminders (which is the entire point of the app). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now it crashes every time I try to open it. Really disappointing.

The reminders and symptom tracker works well. The app overall is intuitive and easy to use.

Not working correctly

This app is an excellent reminder but it still have bugs. Sometimes it sounds the alert but I can't log my dose. Won't appear to log it. Some other times I log my dose and then comes an alert to say I took to much!!! Not helping!!

Great reminder and tracking app

I have been using this for about 2 weeks and it's pretty great. It reminds me to take my dose and keeps me on track. Seems to be a new thing for this company - the servers go down every once on a while but for the most part it is reliable. I would like to see more tracking around general MS symptoms in addition to the side effects from the medication.

I wish it recorded the ACTUAL TIME I take my dose. ...is it there and I missed it? Some days my regular schedule gets disrupted. I take a dose later than usual and I record it as taken in app. The second dose must be later later as well. It would be great to be able to refer back to the ACTUAL Time the dose was taken.

I get distracted easily and lose track of time; thank goodness for TecTrack! I am certain I would have missed several doses by now were it not for the reminders the app provides. Also, I forget sometimes if I took my pill, and a quick opening of the app let’s me see whether I tracked my dose! No more counting pills. Huge relief! Thank you!

The best thing about this app is that it texts you to remind you to take your dose. After that, it’s pretty useless. If you log your dose late it says you’re 87% on track. How is that helpful? I usually take my dose on time but forget to log it. I agree that logging times would be good. I’d also like to see a calendar so that you can see when your refill’s due. Finally this app is so buggy. Time for an update. This morning it reminded me of my dose but wouldn’t let me log it.
