Note:
This application will only work with our DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras. Please do not attempt to use this application with another brand unit because it will not work. You should contact the seller of your DVR to find out what application is compatible.
Also note that if you get the error that says "device not supported" then this likely means that your DVR or NVR requires a firmware update to the most recent version. We can assist you with the update, please contact us. This new application takes advantage of new features found in the most recent firmwares.

The updates are far and few between, but at least this app hasn’t been totally abandoned. Thank you for updating the app to work with T-Mobile LTE.

I love the new update. The user interface is great and I love the added features but I expected optimisation for iPhone 5 with this update. Hope to see this in the next update.

Says this app was optimized for the iPhone 5, which is 2+ years old. How about an update to support larger display iPhones. Also I'd like to be able to see more than 4 cams at a time.
