This app is the most useless Verizon app yet I’m my opinion doesn’t even disconnect from the tech when you tell them to disconnect. I for one will call in and wait vs texting some moron..

They want to charge me $20 a month to work on my lap top. This was after they told me the problem I have is with the phone. It won’t allow my lap to connect to the internet. I pay $160 per month full boat and get a scam artist trying to get another $20 a month. Good job.

But this is nothing to do wit my tech coach or Verizon. It’s a matter I will have to resolve with the local Sheriffs as they have been absolutely wonderful in protecting me.
