Can’t respond to buyer questions in app

As a seller, it is a serious inconvenience to be unable to respond to a buyer’s question in the app. I’ve even tried to do so from the TPT desktop site in my phone, and it reverts to the app version of the product page. Can you please fix this?

I have deleted and reinstalled this app on a number of occasions and cannot understand why the ability to actually purchase something continues to go missing. App will be deleted and I will just stick to using my laptop (even though that is not always convenient) to purchase things directly from website instead of a useless app.

The app is great in theory. As a seller, comments and reviews frequently don’t update. I can’t see the full site to throw a promotion or look at key data. There are some obvious improvements that could make this app phenomenal that just haven’t been done yet.

I downloaded this app on my iPad because the product previews are never clear on my phone. I was frustrated to find the iPad app screen is no bigger than my phone screen. I’ve never experienced that with any other app I’ve loaded on both my phone and iPad.

I am unable to purchase anything. I am only able to add items to my wishlist. Defeats the purpose of having the app.

There is no option to add items to your cart. You have to add them to your wish list and then use a browser to add them to your cart.

I have been using TPT for many years now and my workflow is amazing with my iPhone but when I port to iPad, it still looks primitive at best. A shame, indeed.

The app is good because you can get right on to this amazing website. But it needs work. You can find things on the app but can not purchase them which defeats the purpose of using the app. The other problem I found is you can not print off the app which is another great reason to have the app.
