Awesome implementation of a tried and true method
wilrader

This is a fantastic implementation of the mythical TDEE spreadsheet which can be used to calculate your true TDEE average week to week by tracking only your weight and caloric intake, and suggest how much you should eat to hit your weight loss or gain goals. No ads in the app for the free version and the single in app purchase is used to unlock additional themes which is a fantastic model.

Great app, one minor issue

Love the app. Been using the TDEE spreadsheet for a while and this is a much prettier version; easy to navigate for the most part. My only complaint is that on an iPhone SE the buttons aren’t all accessible when the phone itself is in zoomed view (Settings > display and brightness > display zoom > zoomed). I have to switch back to small buttons if I want to hit the “confirm entry” button, which is annoying. Overall great app, thank you for synthesizing the information so well.

Health integration

This app seems great, but I really wish it pulled in from Apple Health for calories and weight.

I like it a lot

Been able to maintain my weight for the past 7 weeks due to it. My only critique is that at some points it completely underestimates my tdee on occasion, however it is quickly resolved when I exit and restart the app. Without this app I probably would have been still in a deficit and losing weight.

Weight conversion issue

Love the app it’s great but when I sync to Apple health kit it converts my weight from lb to kg but displays it as lb on the app. So the app is telling me I weight 68 lbs !
