With TC-Data, you create your own interface to send the gestures and touch motions you choose. There are no sliders, knobs, or buttons. TC-Data directly connects your touch movements to the outputs you program.
Create MIDI notes, CC, pitch bend, patch change, and aftertouch messages with totally unique multi-touch controllers. Or send values directly to your program of choice via OSC, where you can build your own project using TC-Data as the front-end.

TC-Data is based on TC-11, an all-in-one multi-touch synthesizer. TC-Data takes the multi-touch controllers from TC-11 and opens them up to any external software.

The Most Organic Playing Surface Yet

This is the MIDI playing surface I never knew I was missing until I got it. All the joy and fun of TC-11 with any MIDI sounds I have access to. The presets are fun, and once you get how it all works they're simple to tweak to create exactly the playing experience you want. Definitely read the manual and be ready to experiment. The payoff is a whole new iPad performance experience. You'll never want to go back to a boring old keyboard again.

Extremely well thought-out and complete. Brings synth apps to life with it's exciting user interface. Although very comprehensive, TC Data's difficulty is easily scalable. Take as big or as small a bite as you want. Another winner from Bit Shape!

Excellent investment for controlling & playing synths. It works similar to the TC-11, but gives the flexibility to do it with other apps.

TC-Data is the MIDI & OSC controller app I wanted since the TC-11 synthesizer was released. If you want to use the whole touchscreen surface as a coherent and integrated control surface, give this a try. It's way beyond just a large XY pad. The developer is fantastic as well. Very responsive, very helpful. Check out the comprehensive manual on the website to answer any questions about whether this would be a good fit for your needs -- it certainly was for me!
