Im sure if this is the place to report bugs, sorry if it’s not. But i had to inform you about a recurring bug that has occurred consistently throughout these past few days. When you use the cutter on iOS 14.8.1 (18H107) iPhone 12 Pro Max, the objects that have been cut become quite pixelated and crunchy, and some parts of them move slightly.

Locking up problem needs to be fixed soon!

This is one of the best drawing apps that I’ve used but now it is not working good. When a person wants to zoom out and save their work it locks up. So then you basically lose all the stuff that you just drew. I don’t know if this has something to do with the new iOS and something on your end is not working with the new iOS correctly. Please look into it! Thanks. I’m using a 2017 iPad Pro 12.9 inch with the latest iOS, and the latest version of your app. I’ve also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, still no luck.

Keeps crashing and not allowing me to save

I used this App like more than a year and love how simple and easy it is. However, lately it’s been crashing. It does not even allow me to automatically save the sketch. After crashed, it did not revive what I have lastly did on my sketch so I have to re-do it again.

I can’t afford anything I’m a kid and 8 years old

With recent update iOS 15.2, sketches no longer saved to photos automatically. Also, when I rest my hand on iPad and touch the screen with my pen the color I selected changes and a magnifying glass pops up when I’m trying to draw, frustrating. Ever since this Apple update came through, Sketches keeps crashing or freezing up. Up until now I lost nothing, but I just lost 1.0 hour of work because the App froze, I could not save, so I just left it alone. Eventually when my iPad screen rested, I went to see what happened and sketches closed itself but did not save my work. I took a screen shot before it shut down. 4.29.21. Can no longer rest my hand on my iPad. It brings up what looks like a magnifying glass and changes the color. Crashed twice while working, first time it saved my work, second time it did not. Has become less pleasurable to use because of crash anxiety. 5.3.21 I appreciate the response and sent an email with other issues with the new update. Including no longer being able to move the drawing surface around while working and pens responding in a completely different way, feeling like what was gained is now lost and so back to the start of the learning curve,

This is a great app overall. I love it, I use it ALL THE TIME for drawings. I’ve really improved artistically thanks to this app! However, there are many bugs. For example, the copy and paste tool usually doesn’t work. The app sometimes freezes and I have to close it to keep using it, resulting in some progress on my drawing being lost. Sometimes, whenever I make the slightest action, it goes into zen mode. I’ve asked my friend about it, and her Sketches app has lots of bugs too. I hope this gets fixed soon. Aside from bugs, I highly recommend this app!

Fantastic drawing tools, but crashes and more

This is the best set of drawing tools I have used. This includes procreate, concept, trace, and fresco. However, it crashes about once an hour..while in most cases there are only a few things to fix when restarting. Several of the tools are hard to understand how to use, for instance the only way to do a gradient is to use the gradient tool which must be selected from 4 colors that the app selectes and it fills the entire canvas since there is no way to fill a selected area when using the tool. The color picker is summoned and exchanged for active tools , sometimes in the middle of an operatIon, and the color picker changes the color to another color without notice. The app could use a way to select either a color, or selection boundary and fill that area with the drawing tools. The spline tool is fantastic, but is limited to two points only and you can’t make fills in closed shapes..
