If you have an employee (or a kid) that needs to get from point A to point B at some time later, like every day this week, and they don't have a smart phone of their own then you will love this app. It allows you to set up pickup and drop off locations and times needed all in advance. And lots of them if you want to. App is simple and does its job.

I have used the app on a recent business trip but found that I have to resend or "update request" at the time I scheduled days before, which seemed a bit counter productive. Also, I was flying from Cali to NJ and but the estimated time I needed a car when I landed but it didn't use local NJ, it used my local Cali time. There should be an option to either enter a flight number so it can monitor arrival time AND have a choice to put local time as to prevent confusion. Also I would expect that the app tell you when someone has picked up your fare maybe a half hour or so that way you know someone is coming rather than wait and cross your fingers. For example I requested a pickup at 5am. 5:05am came along and the app didn't tell me anything. I refreshed the request then someone picked it up. Seems like there are a few bugs still but it's getting there or at least it presenting some peace of mind that someone is coming.

First, it has never failed me. An Uber driver has always shown up at the appointed time. Always. But....it is annoying to have to sign out and sign back in nearly every time. And unlike the Uber app, when you type in an address it suggests addresses that are thousands of miles away. That should be an easy fix. Other than that, a good app.

Scheduled a car - said it was confirmed - then at scheduled time, told me they could find a driver, and to use uber app (which for me added 30 minutes wait, and almost missed a flight). No tracking, no assignment to driver, don't trust confirmation - will not use again. Rumor has it that uber will be rolling out scheduled rides soon - can't wait for that! In meantime, don't use this app if you need a reliable ride at a set time!

Booked a trip 3 days in advance. Waited until my time of pick up. No show. Even when I had "upcoming" trip in the app. Don't risk it. This app doesn't preform.

Don't know how app can promise this service and not deliver...more of a headache than just using the uber app. Car was suppose to arrive but never received any updates and then 5 min after they were scheduled to be there I got a notification my driver was 18 min away. Yup, late for work...not good, I could have lost my job because this app falsified their capabilities and fabricated the truth! SCAM!!!

This app will change your life. I take uber quite a bit, and before this app I always had to wait for the last minute to schedule a pickup. Now I can schedule a pickup in advance and not have to worry. Super easy to use. Love it!!!!!!!
