When it works- I love it!

Ugh - how I want to give this app a good review. Too many times, I’ll merge trips an it disappears. Not in classified or unclassified. To get accurate mileage, I have to re-enter the 6 - 9 addresses which I wanted to avoid. I was also under the impression that the new release would “recognize” repetitive trips. Guess I was mistaken. I so want to love it. My accountant recommended I use MileIQ but I told him Taxbot makes you put in business reason. He said “for sure, use Taxbot”. I’m now looking at going back to a book because of the disappearing trips.
Could be 5 stars however.....

This could be a great app however I get some duplication of miles and in the middle of a long trip it stops by itself then may start up again immediately or a bit later. When I’m merging the trip, it has missing pieces and asks me if I still want to merge. How can I trust this app?

Trying to use this app on an iPhone is almost impossible. Am not very happy with it. Try and save a trip and it goes out of the app. Have to go back in and it does it again. Don’t waste your money!! Would like to give it no stars and it won’t let me.

As a new entrepreneur, TaxBot gives me assurance that I’m capturing trips & expenses related to my entrepreneurship. Very reasonable cost considering all the facets of record-keeping available in this app. Great value. All the more if audited.

Best app for this purpose well worth it!! I been using this app now for my third year. I give the report to my CPA’s and I get all my write offs. It shows where I drove from and to. The miles. The times. Gives them the picture of all my receipts. I tell everyone to get this!
Great tool but app crashes a lot

This has been a great tool to track my mileage without having to remember logging my odometer for every trip. My only gripe is that the app crashes frequently when I’m classifying my trips. I have to restart the app every 4-6 entries. Please fix!
Poor Customer Service

I was a customer for almost 2 years and then the app lost 2 weeks of data and they refused to give me a refund for the months that had missing data. I lost many more dollars in the missing data and trip information than the cost of the service. They did not care to keep me as a customer and said as much.
