No priority to app orders

Beware. Placed an order, go pick up after 15 minutes, and not ready. They don’t give priority to app orders. Waited another 30 minutes in store to get food while other customers dining in received food and service. Frustrating to say the least.
Don’t bother

Just go in the restaurant and wait in line to order. You will get your meal faster that way than if you call in or order thru the app.
App doesn’t even load

After opening the app I’m greeted by a circle that spins indefinitely. Unless that’s you’re kind of thing, then this app isn’t really good for anything.

I have deleted and tried reinstalling and the app never opens! Hey developers could you please fix this problem! I have several restaurant apps and this one is the only problem one!
