I updated app and I'm already finished with the new levels. The update says it had a challenge helping bear build a plane. I don't see anywhere to access this challenge!

The game is at a stand still on level #585 Until “coming soon”????? Why isn’t there more levels? Why did I pay to play yet I can’t move forward? Please explain, I hope my money wasn’t taken and I’ll not be able to advance. I do, throughly enjoy this game. But I’ve never had a game just sit idle????? Very odd!!!
